Enabled Consultant offline access to selected project worksites. Project resulted in successful scaling of worksites from 700 to 2000 and growing.
Architect search solution. Architected IT best practice search solution that scaled search from words within a specific project to robust search capability across all project worksites and entire intranet. Provided Consultants with local storage and encryption of My Sites (100) and training to enable their use of new features.
Improve project worksite navigation for ease of use and ease of management. Instituted new navigation schema including the use of master pages, themes and style sheet to update all sites; and reduced user profiles for security permissions from 50+ to just 4.
